Lino was born in the Azores Islands, Portugal. He immigrated to the US in 1977 and resides in both Tulare CA and Kernersville NC. Lino possesses an exceptional work ethic resulting in brokerage of thousands of multifamily units in several states. Through his leadership, Lino owned and managed, three (3) extremely successful Century 21 franchises, with over 100 agents. He is developing several mid-sized residential communities in Tulare, CA, home renovations in NC / GA, and has assembled an investment portfolio of over 800 apartment units.
Lino is adept at finding and adding value in multifamily and investment real estate. He has experienced many real estate cycles, has a knack for creating value, and has helped many clients profit in different market cycles.
