1. How Do I pay My Rent?
a. Mail or drop off at our Office. We have a night drop for after-hours service.
b. Tenants can Pay online through your tenant portal.
c. We accept all forms of payment.

2. How do I submit a Maintenance request?
b. Use your portal, email, or stop/call our office at 336-475-0500

3. How do I activate my resident portal?
a. We will send you an activation portal enabling you to create a login and password.

4. What are the costs of paying rent online?
a. Zero costs for an E-Check
b. 3.49% of the rental amount for a Credit Card payment
c. $9.99 for a Debit Card

6. Where do I call for after-hours Emergencies?
a. Our after-hours phone number is 336-860-8087; please reserve this number for extreme emergencies, or charges may apply.

7. I am locked out of my apartment.
a. Being locked out of your apartment is not considered an extreme emergency; during normal business hours, we can provide the key to you. If this is after hours, please call a qualified locksmith.

8. Does it cost money to view a property?
a. It doesn’t cost any money to view. Property, however, we do require a copy if your picture ID and a $20.00 refundable deposit.

9. What is required for a Rental Application?
a. Copy of your driver’s license or other picture ID
b. 1 month of paystubs
c. Social Security Card or I-10 Card
d. $50.00 Application Fee

10. How long does it take to process a rental application?
a. It normally takes us 3- 5 business days to process a rental application, and we will call you whether approved or not.
